Voluptuous Summer Abounds

Young Sorraia stallions Gosto and Capaz at the
Ravenseyrie Sorraia Mustang Preserve

The voluptuousness of summer abounds.  How pregnant with rich colour the landscape is!  How sleek the steeds that gallop over it!  And how little time there is for writing about all this wondrousness...its tourist season and the Ravenseyrie Art Gallery is "making hay while the sun shines".

June got by without a Journal of Ravenseyrie entry, but I will share a few photos from that time and the present.  And...just a hint of a big entry soon to come.

How richly coloured the Whitetail Deer are in summer, and how proud
their bearing!  Magnificent!

Who would imagine July would be so chilly requiring an insulated jacket???

Summer grasses!  Sine qua non!

This year, I saved the horses' winter hair.  Soon I will tell you why!
